We are seeking an experienced and motivated Flatbed Dispatch Manager to join our team and manage 10+ Dispatchers.
The successful candidate will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of flatbed dispatching, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of freight.

Proven experience as a Dispatch Manager or Dispatcher in the FLATBED trucking industry (minimum 2 years).
Strong knowledge of logistics, route optimization, and load planning for flatbed operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant dispatch software.
Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.
Bilingual skills are a plus (Ukrainian, Romanian, Russian, Spanish, Turkish).
