Accounting Manager – East Dundee, IL (Trucking Company)

Seeking experienced Accounting Manager to oversee all accounting and billing operations. This is an in-office position only.

Requirements:
• 2+ years verifiable experience as an Accounting Manager
• Strong QuickBooks skills (reconciliations, multi-entity bookkeeping)
• Experience preparing tax-ready financials & issuing 1099s
• Trucking/transportation industry experience required
• Experience with RTS Financial
• ProTransport experience strongly preferred
• OTR Solutions experience (preferred)
• Must be fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian

Must be motivated, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
