What the role involves:

-First point of contact for drivers at the shop: questions about trucks, trailers, dispatch, and the company
-Keeping waiting drivers informed and taken care of, with occasional rides to the office, drug tests, or the airport
-Maintaining a live status board for every unit and keeping Operations updated on truck readiness
-Handling driver retention conversations, with clear action plans and follow-up
-Managing terminations calmly, including collecting company property and documenting the truck and trailer

What we're looking for:

-Strong customer service skills
-Calm under pressure and takes ownership of problems
-Valid driver's license
-Flatbed experience is a plus
