GTALandscaping.com is inviting to become a part of our team an experienced Crew Leader for Landscape Construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise construction sites
- Inspect sites for required work and materials necessary for project
- Meet project timelines
- Educate team and ensure best practices for materials, approved installation methods, machines operation
- Always communicate any questions or concerns with the team
- Maintain tools and operate equipment properly
- Track inventory of equipment and tools daily
- Communicate with client if required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience in the landscape construction crew leading.
- Valid G driver’s license and safe driving record
- Knowledge of current construction installation
- Construction knowledge: hardscaping base preparation, paving stone, retaining walls, plantings and all other elements of the landscape construction industry
- Ability to manage a team and enjoy leading and training
- Planning and time management skills
- Effective communication
- Ability to work independently and be a problem solver
- Operates a variety of equipment including excavators, bobcats, chain saws, drills, laser level in a safe and responsible manner
