North Mississauga - Construction company is looking for a Roofing Foreman/ Roofing Service Technician. Experience & clean driving license required.
The ideal candidate must have a roofing experience, be able to detect a leak and other roofing issues; be able to do small repairs; shall be WAH certified and trained, comfortable with working at heights; able to use a cell phone, take photos, use phone apps etc (will train). Experience in driving a pick-up truck with trailers/ dump trailers is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities: review of roofing projects before and after, roof assessment inspections, documenting, roof surveys, perform small roofing/siding/ gutter repairs, detecting roof leaks, materials pick ups, warehouse organizing, coordinating with project manager, coordinating with roofing teams, inventory upkeep.
Pay based on experience, $35- $45/hr, full-time, holiday pay, extended health benefits after 3 months, cell phone. We work all-year long including winters.
