Secret Garden is a fast-growing, vertically integrated (Retail, Cultivation and Manufacturing) cannabis company looking to hire Cultivation Associates to work in our cannabis growing operations.
Our Cultivation department is focused on growing sustainable high-quality cannabis. We have a large facility and have established very strict quality control and sanitation standards.
• Working in all aspects of Secret Garden’s Cultivation department, including maintaining healthy genetics, propagation, Veg and Flower phases • Following Secret Garden growing and production procedures, • Following Secret Garden compliance policies and procedures, • Maintaining sanitation and waste protocols • Other duties as required

• Passion for learning • Ability to follow general product safety and sanitation practices and requirements • Organized, punctual and ability to work as a team player on various projects • Positive attitude • Proactive, self-motivated and hardworking • Strong attention to detail • Adaptable and able to think on your feet
Physical Ability: • Able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 40 pounds. • 21+ years of age
