Opening position for full time leasing consultant at a 168 unit apartment community in Weatherford.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently prepares and assists with all leasing protocols.
- Collects security deposits, rent and all other funds associated with resident moves.
- Conducts follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations.
- Supports the overall marketing efforts of the community.
- Attends and assists in the coordination and organization of resident relations and activities.

Requirements:
- valid driver's license
- valid auto insurance
- social security number
- resume
