AIY Properties owns and manages residential apartment communities throughout Northeast Ohio. We have multiple openings for Maintenance Technicians at our Cleveland area apartment communities for work orders and turning apartments.
Maintenance Technician Specific Qualifications:
• Prior maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry
• Availability for emergency on-call rotation
• Must be able to lift objects weighing 50 lbs or more on regular basis
• Must have a valid Driver's License
