ELM Services is looking to hire a full time, plus paid overtime, crew leader or supervisor for a landscape crew.
Primary responsibilities include pruning, mulching, edging, planting and flower installations.
You must have at least 3 years of experience and be very qualified at the above to be considered.
Experience at operating a Mulch blower and Skidsteer recommended.
Must have a valid, commercially insurable Drivers license.
Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop in Hilliard, OH.
Experience operating a snowplow truck is required for winter work.
Plant knowledge includes common types in ohio, when and how to prune them.
Landscape installation will require reading renderings and blue prints to determine plants and locations.
Job is full time, with paid 1.5x overtime. Background check is required.
Able to consistently lift over 50 lbs and be on your feet for 8+ hours a day.

$14/hour. Pay is based upon experience and extent of responsibilities.
