Repair & Maintenance Technician/Handyman $12-15 hour (Orlando) Full Time/Flexible Hours

About You
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5+ years professional experience in Residential Maintenance & Repair
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Excellent oral and written skills in English
Good drivers license, transportation and hand tools

The Job
Maintenance technicians perform all phases of repair in the following areas:
Drywall/Texture
Painting
Ceramic tile/Grout repair
Floor & Cove Base Repairs
Door Install/Repair
Ceiling Tiles
General Installations
Cabinet Repair
Landscaping
Electrical Pluming
A/C
Pressure Washing
Other areas as needed

Top qualified candidates will have high personal standards and character which supports company values and policies. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, independent thinker who is able to meet deadlines without constant supervision.
