Our Company has an immediate opening for an EXPERIENCED Front Desk/Office Assistant with excellent communications skills in our Naples office. The ideal candidate must be a highly detail-oriented self-starter who is able to multi-task efficiently with minimal suрervision in a fast-paced work environment. The successful candidate must have expert-level Microsoft Office experience, excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Spanish), and be willing to learn. We are looking for someone who is OUTGOING, ENERGETIC, MATURE & PROFESSIONAL with outstanding customer service skills.
Requirements:
*High School diploma or equivalent.
*Answer Multi-Line Phone System, screen calls, taking and relaying messages.
*Must have outstanding telephone skills and etiquette as well as experienced answering a Multi-Line Phone System, screening calls, taking and relaying messages.
*Provide assistance to all callers when needed.
*Greet all clients/vendors/customers visiting the office.
*Providing general clerical & administrative suрport to all levels of management and/or staff.
*Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and administrative skills.
*Must be Computer Savvy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a MUST!!!
*Candidate MUST BE BILINGUAL (Fluent in both English & Spanish) with excellent oral and written communications skills in English.
Office Hours are as follows:
Monday-Friday
8:00AM - 4:00PM
