We are currently taking applications for an auto glass installer/ detailer. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented and can follows directions. We provide training for anyone who has a desire to learn a trade with no prior experience also. This is a full time position being filled, we are looking for a responsible individual with a good work history and a positive attitude who works well with others.
We would prefer hiring a individual with experience and help them to advance their skills in a shop that has a great reputation for excellent quality, workmanship and customer satisfaction. We work as a team and continue our training through our online university. Novus has training classes for individuals with no experience just starting into the auto glass trade and for those that have achieved certain training levels and want to continue their training further.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and no medical issues in regards to heavy lifting or working on ladders.
Beginning salary - D.O.E. up to $18.00 hr. starting
with no experience . $13.00
pay increase after probation period
