Qualifications:
• Valid Texas DL.
• Able to pass background investigation and drug screen.
• Must have a smartphone and access to email.
• Must have own vehicle.
• MUST have Level 3 Texas DPS License.
• Must HAVE own firearm and full duty gear with a Level 3 holster.
• OC Certification required within 30 days of hiring
• Bi-annual training classes

Job Duties consist of ACTIVE patrol of Multi-Family properties.
Interaction with persons on the premises or entering the premises.
Using de-escalation to defuse situations.
Writing detailed, concise reports, violations & maintenance with photos when applicable.
Candidates must be self-motivated and performance oriented.
