Duties include: Managing appointments for services, answering customer calls, maintaining daily cleaning schedule, communicating with shop owners, completing transactions for services including down payments, price adjustments, and final costs, utilizing technology such as iPad (including managing shop website, invoicing app, google calendar), printer, and credit card reader to complete duties, and other duties as needed.
Skills highly required: customer service, communication, organization, time management, flexibility, conflict resolution, team collaboration.
Hours needed will be: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Some weekend days as needed
