Required Skills
• 3+ years of estimating experience
• Xactimate Software Experience
• Degree (preferred but not required)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects
Responsibilities Include
• Perform productivity analysis of cost estimates, prepare contingency, escalation, and reconciliations for estimates
• Ability to estimate Residential & Commercial projects
• Be able to work with a team

Salary Earnings: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 /year depending on experience with commission structured bonus's.
