OPERATIONS MANAGER AND VAN DRIVING POSITIONS

DUTIES: (Ops. Manager)
. Responsible for coordinating field engagement, financial matters, staff recruitments, and adequate staffing.
. Must engage as a BACK-UP staff in time of emergency or call offs.
. Oversees field operations, responsible for scheduling and proper workflow.
. Ensures development, growth and marketing.
. Manages, motivates, and monitors field operations to exceed revenue goals.
. Maintains inventory and controls employees' files.
. Evaluates staff performances and training.
. A high level of respect among workers will be required.
REQUIREMENTS:
. At least 18 years of age.
. Must have at least one year field experience in Home Health Care.
. High School Diploma or above, STNA, HHA, Certified Nursing assistant or Nurse Aid (CNA).
. Must have Proficiency in computers and software
. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
. Valid driver's license, and license abstract
. Reliable Transportation
. Good background check, drug test, and physical
VAN DRIVER POSITION: Duties
. Driver will transport clients between sites and on set routes, within Cleveland, Ohio, typically, Monday through Friday,-- Am to PM which may include weekends.
. Drivers will ensure the safety of their clients while on duty.
. Previous experience is not necessary. Drivers will receive hands-on training upon hire.
QUALIFICATION:
. Must be at least 18 years of age.
. High school diploma/GED or above.
• Valid driver's license and driver's license abstract.
• Good Background Check(BCI), drug test, and physical.
