Seasonal Supervisor (SS) Full-time: Mon. - Fri. 7:30 am. 3:30 pm., 40 hours a week, Cleveland Metroparks West-side locations. $12.00/hr. $480.00 a week, $1,920.00 a month. Your attendance work ethics and skills are vital to becoming a permanent employee. Permanent pay is $17.00/hr. with benefits.
Job Purpose:
Maintain the Metroparks by edging and mowing the grass
Job Duties:
Mowing grass
Weeding
Edging
Blowing grass
Removing litter or trash before mowing
Driving
Completing paper work for each job and submitting daily
Qualifications:
Experience using a walk behind lawn mower
Ability to operate a weed wacker
Communicate verbal and written information clearly and effectively
Customer service oriented
Detailed Oriented
Ability to learn how to operate a riding lawn mower
Must have 6 points or less on your abstract report
Must have a valid Ohio driver license
Ability to follow directions and work alone
Basic Requirements:
Ability to learn basic safety landscaping practices
Must display good attendance
Ability to pass a 10 panel drug test
A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred
Ability to complete paper working using basic English
Ability to learn OSHA rules and follow them daily
