Full time maintenance and cleaning positions available for 84 unit apartment complex.

Maintenance:
Hours 9 to 6 Monday through Friday with some after hours calls on an as needed basis.

Requirements:
Should be knowledgeable in basic electrical and plumbing, appliance repairs, handyman/make ready, boiler systems, and trash clean up on property.


Cleaning:
Hours 10 to 4 or as needed.

Requirements:
Will be responsible for cleaning building walkways, vacant unit cleans before move in, and trash clean up on property.
