We specialize in residential carpentry. Our work includes the framing of new homes, interior build outs, decks, room additions and garages. Carpenters Duties:
Perform all rough framing per blueprints, Frame floors and install Sub-floor, Build and sheet walls, Install ceiling joists, Frame and sheet roofs, Back out framing, Set windows and doors, Cutting and measuring material as needed, Ensure jobsites are kept clean, Perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, Other duties as required
Carpenter Requirements:
Basic knowledge of rough framing, Own a basic set of tools, Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, Working cellular device, Ability to follow instructions and work with a team, Attention to detail, Ability to problem solve, Motivated and self-disciplined, Reliable and punctual
Apprentice Duties:
Follow instructions, Comprehend what you are being taught, Assist in all aspects of framing and building of homes, Perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, Digging, Keep jobsites clean, Pick up tools, Other duties as required
Apprentice Requirements:
No previous knowledge of construction required, Able to read a tape measure, Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, Working cellular device, Ability to follow instructions and work with a team, Attention to detail, Motivated and self-disciplined, Reliable and punctual
