RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain office accounting records; Monitor rental software & print reports for daily review; Track rent monies & pay owners appropriately; Review construction supply receipts & invoice owners; Monitor email and U.S. mail daily; Apply and keep record of utility bills for properties; Answer phone and email - forward communications appropriately; Create, scan and distribute Real Estate documents for signature; Maintain office supplies.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Office Experience, including Google calendar, telephone, accounting, computer; Verbal Communication; Dependability; Attention to Detail; Fast Learner; Work independently; Organized; Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
