Job Title: Assistant Clinic Manager
Reports To: Clinic Administrator
Status: Non-Exempt
Function: Assists in the daily operations of the clinic
Interaction:
• Direct contact with Franchise Owners
• Direct contact with Clinic Manager
• Direct contact with Front Desk Associates
• Direct contact with Massage Therapists
• Direct contact with Vendors
• Direct contact with Estheticians
Principle Duties:
• Assists CA in principle duties
• Must be able to workdays, nights and weekends.
• Work the Front Desk Check members in and out for appointments
• Work the front desk Answering phone and make outbound membership and appointment confirmation calls
• Demonstrate the ability to sell memberships
• Maintain membership accounts
• Maintains an impeccable and clean clinic
• Train Font Desks Associates on the sales process daily
• Coach and Train Estheticians and Massage Therapists on the sales process
• Review Retail Sales and make daily deposits
• Follows up to ensure communication board is updated
• Keeps track and documents inventory and order supplies
• Coordinates with Franchise Owner/Clinic Manager on POP kit marketing efforts and sales guides
• Present for OSR visits with Franchisee tor RD
• Reviews KPI with Franchise Owner weekly
• Reviews KPI daily
• Understands, believes in and upholds Massage Envy’s Brand Promise, Purpose and Values
Top Priorities:
• Assists Clinic Manager in principle duties
• Coaches and trains Front Desk Associates, Esthetician and Massage Therapists on Sales process
• Maintains an impeccable clean clinic
• Sell memberships monthly
