Do you have 2 years of on-site maintenance work experience in relation to Multi-Family/Residential properties? At Hickory Ridge Lake Apartments, you will be responsible for prepping apartments for make-ready turns, completing work service requests, and preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC systems.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Prepping apartments for make-ready turns.
· Completing work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, light electrical.
· Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems.
· Snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
· Other general maintenance duties as necessary.
· On-call; respond to after-hour emergency calls.
Requirements:
· Have a grasp of on-site maintenance management.
· maintenance experience.
· Knowledge of make ready unit turns, including light carpentry, plumbing and electrical a plus.
· HVAC certification a plus.
· Must have basic set of tools.
· Be responsible and reliable.
· Have a positive, get the job done attitude.
Candidates must prove they have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
