Description:
• Employees will be cleaning out apartment units to market ready conditions
• Employees must be able to read equipment manuals
• Capable of working with persons of all backgrounds
• Follow all safety procedures
• Some grounds work (i.e. landscaping, painting)
• Complete paperwork related to completed tasks
• Ability to report any damages in the apartment units
• Must be able to work with various cleaning solvents & chemicals
• Must be able to read daily task list
Requirements:
• Must have 2 years of experience cleaning out apartment units, vacant and active
• Able to read equipment manuals
• Follow proper safety procedures
• Capable of climbing stairs repetitively while carrying work suрplies
• Capable of working in dusty/wet/dirty/cold conditions
• Capable of walking, climbing, standing, crouching, bending, sitting, reaching above shoulders, pushing, pulling and doing related physical activities necessary in performing janitorial work
• Ability to lift 55lbs-75lbs
• Capable of working independently
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background screen
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) in the English language
• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver's License
