Apartment Community is seeking a General Laborer to handle the upkeep of the grounds, common areas, and to assist maintenance.
Work Schedule: PART TIME/SUMMER 20 hours per week, Monday- Friday.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
You will be performing maintenance tasks of great variety such as cleaning, painting, minor maintenance, landscaping etc.
A General Laborer is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines.
The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills needed in addition to good physical condition and strength with a positive attitude and willingness to work.
