Sonco Pipe and Tube is looking for an experienced Machine operator, To operate a variety of equipment in a production style shop, that requires a hard working, Goal oriented Individual who can complete tasks and projects with precision, accuracy in a safe and efficient manner.
The equipment involved is.
Metal cutting band saw. horizontal
Cold metal saw
Threading machine
Swaging machine
Drill press
Wood saw
Forklift experience is necessary.
You need not be experienced operating all of the above as training will be provided as needed. Preferably Band saw experience and mechanical knowledge is greatly desired.
Other responsibilities include.
Pulling orders and packaging them for delivery
cleaning work areas and keeping all equipment in safe operating condition.
This is a full time position, with some occasional overtime.
You will be working in both heated and cold areas.
