BOYER ROOFING COMPANY Currently Has Positions Open for Roofers
SALARY: $12.50 to $18.00 per hour corresponding with your skill level. We are looking for someone who wants to further their roofing career. We give pay increases as your skills increase. $12.50 to $18.00 per hour is the starting point. Depends on what skill level you are at.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: Assisting our crew members with removal and installation of residential and commercial roofing consisting of shingles, metal roof panels, and single ply rubber membrane. We provide the training you’ll need.
JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION: We are looking for persons with 1 to 5 years of roofing experience. Our installers are certified with the manufacturers and we want you to become certified along with them. If you have more than 5 years of experience you may not be a good fit for our company as we already have those experts working for us. We are looking for open minded persons that have an eagerness to learn and advance in a roofing career.
DRUG FREE: We have a drug free workplace and plan to keep it that way. If you have a history of drug use violations and have not been clean for at least 12 months, we don’t hold that against you, but you are probably not a candidate for employment with us.
NO ALCOHOL ON JOB SITE: We don’t drink on the job or at our shop after the job. If you can’t go through the work day without an alcoholic beverage, we don’t hold that against you either, but you are not a candidate for employment with us.
VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE: You will need a driver’s license for a salary increase with us as you will eventually be expected to drive a company vehicle to and from job sites.
