OFFICE ASSISTANT
Prairie Square, Highland
Prairie Square looking for a Part-Time Office Assistant with a flexible schedule, 8-12 hours a week, mostly Tuesday, Thursday and some Fridays 10am - 2pm. This position will suрport our staff members and new and current residents. Duties includes, but not limited to; greeting visitors uрon entering our office, answering phone calls and emails, assist in initiating work orders, scanning, imputing invoices, showing apartments and community features, filling and organizing files.
Requirements:
Great customer service and communication skills
Proficient operating computer systems
Experience operating standard office equipment
Must be reliable and able to manage a flexible schedule
We are looking for someone who is Honest, Organized, Detail-Oriented, and Proactive!
