DonLevy Laboratories, part of the IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group, is now accepting applications for the Sample Administration Supervisor position at its facility in Crown Point, IN.
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills:
- Have an associate degree in biological sciences or 5 years of laboratory/customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with data entry and computer applications
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Multitasking capability
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated
Sample Administration Supervisor duties include: Resolve client concerns and complaints, recruit new personnel, train new personnel, monitor work quality, perform annual performance/proficiency evaluations, comply with laboratories policies and standards, maintain accurate records and other duties as assigned.
Full-time employee will be eligible for standard benefits after a brief waiting period. Candidates must be willing to work some nights and weekends.
