Specializes in creating "Ultimate Corrugated Experience" for local customers, providing industrial packaging, Retail-Ready Packaging, Assembly, and Fulfillment Services Seeking (3) mechanically incline Maintenance Technicians with 3+years of experiences working in the industrial environment who demonstrates high degree of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical aptitude and repair abilities.
PAY RATE RANGE FROM $ 20.00 UP TO $ 27.00 PENDING ON EXPERIENCES AND WORK HISTORY.

SUMMARY:
To provide and assist in the day-to-day maintenance and preventative activities involving the maintenance repair of the company equipment and machinery in the production department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
* Execute a plan of continued improvement of machine safety and general housekeeping
* Work as a team to maintain organizational and inventory of maintenance shop and tools
* Work with crews to complete all preventative maintenance
* Respond quickly to maintenance requests and prioritize effectively
* Work hand in hand with the Maintenance Manager to resolve any accident waiting to happen
* Work with machine operator to troubleshoot and determine root cause of mechanical issues
(Duties may vary depending on location)
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
* Strong knowledge of EMaintenance
* Ability to use Computer: Excel, Power Point, VPS and email communication
* Need to be able to communicate effectively both verbally and via email
* Effective organization and time management skills
PRE-REQUISITE SKILLS:
* Electrical Certification Preferred
* Strong knowledge of mechanical machinery
* Ability to use shop tools and equipment, drill press, shop grinder, weld, oxyacetylene torch and etc.
* Self-motivated and able to work from instructions
* A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
* A strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability with practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude
* Read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings
* Fully computer literate with Microsoft environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for maintaining company owned machinery and equipment in proper working order
* On-Call Emergency Repairs
* Responsible for taking control of breakdowns
* Responsible for building maintenance
* Regular, On-Time Attendance
* Other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Trade School, High School Diploma or GED
* Maintenance- Vocational/Technical Training Certification Plus (+) or experiences
* Electrical Certification Preferred
* Strong knowledge of EMaintenance
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, lift up to 100lbs., manipulate objects with both hands and able to tighten or loosen objects. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually load.
