Now Hiring: Diesel Truck Mechanic! We are looking for a skilled Diesel Truck Mechanic to join our team. If you have experience working on semi trucks and heavy duty equipment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations) - Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues - Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and other critical components - Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations - Use diagnostic tools for troubleshooting and repairs - Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance services
Required Experience & Knowledge: - Expertise in diesel engine repair, including hydraulic, electrical, and air brake systems - Familiarity with fuel and exhaust systems, suspension, and steering - Knowledge of cab and body components, coupling devices, frames, and axle beams - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex issues
Key Job Requirements: - Proactively seek out needed repairs - English communication skills (bilingual a plus) - Must be self-motivated and able to work independently - Reliable transportation and own tools required
