Hiring for a commercial painter who has experience with commercial property repaints, specifically apartments. We are very active in Illinois, but this is for a NWI client we have, so you need to live in this area. If you live in Chicagoland, this is too far to come to regularly. Candidate MUST have the following:
-- Must live in Northwest Indiana (Valpo, Portage, Lake Station, Gary, Wanatah, Crown Point, Merriville, Chesterton, etc.)
-- MUST be detailed oriented. If your work requires too many touch-ups, you will not be back.
-- Must have own equipment: 15 ft ladder, naps, rollers, drops, mud pan, painting pans, sprayer
-- MUST have experience with apartment repaints
-- MUST be good with people, you will be communicating with PMs regularly
-- Can't be a complainer, must like to work and have a good time.
-- Must understand you will be only called upon when tenants move out/in
-- Must know how to use email
**This role will have semi-consistent work while we get to know you and you're skillset. It will pay between $150-$200 per unit painted, paint is supplied.
