As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible building the highest quality parts washers at the lowest possible cost, meeting company production standards, and customer specifications and delivery requirements, in accordance with company policies and procedures, under the direction of the general manager..
Your responsibilities:
Assemble products, following Engineering documents, ensuring the highest quality products, meeting company product standards, production goals, and customer specifications and delivery requirements.
Operate computer to check schedules, update manufacturing status of jobs.
Perform operator-based testing per procedures.
Continually monitor quality of parts used in the assembly process.
Assist in the training of other employees, addressing and resolving inquiries and problems.
Operate forklift.
Perform material handling activities as required.
Lift up to 50lbs intermittently throughout shift.
Prepare finished products for shipment.
Review assembly processes and methods and recommend changes to ensure the continuous, ongoing improvement of productivity and quality.
Interface with MAGIDO engineering to accurately communicate information.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documentation, reject tickets, etc.
Participate actively in team meetings and group discussions.
Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
Your background:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two years of related manufacturing / shop floor assembly experience required.
Ability to read and comprehend English assembly instructions, assembly drawings, and procedure manuals.
Ability to communicate one on one with other employees of the organization.
Requires ability to operate a wide variety of small hand and power tools.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for MAGIDO in the US
Schedule: Day Shift: 8 - 4 Monday to Friday
Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour
