Phil's Remodeling is seeking a reliable and motivated General Remodeling Laborer to join our team. We are a local remodeling business offering consistent work in the Racine and Kenosha areas. If you have a good attitude, basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry, and reliable transportation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
*Perform light plumbing, such as fixing leaks and installing fixtures
*Handle basic electrical tasks, including changing outlets, switches, and light fixtures
*Assist with interior painting and prep work
*Conduct general carpentry tasks, including demo, repairs and installations
*LVP flooring and cabinet installation
*Some exterior work, including deck building, occasional yard work
*Support the team in various remodeling projects as needed
Requirements:
*Experience in general carpentry, light plumbing, electrical and painting
*Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
*Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
*Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (projects are primarily in Racine and Kenosha counties)
*Background check
*Basic tools preferred, but not required
Benefits:

*Competitive hourly pay, based on experience (starting at $25 with the opportunity for a raise based on performance) after 90-day review period
*Full-time, day shift hours
