I am looking for a reliable person to for winter sidewalk maintenance
at the Acorn Apartments located at 508 W. Washington Ave in Crandon.
This building is for senior tenants and the sidewalks (especially the main entrance) must be kept as clear as possible.
We provide all equipment.
This position can be an employment position or an independent contractor position (employment submit bi-weekly time sheets and paid bi-weekly via direct deposit.
Independent contractor submit invoices as needed and receive checks in the mail).
