General Laborer/Handyman Assistant

Must have:
- Reliable transportation
- Own tools (will provide specialty tools when required)
- Availability 15 - 30 hours per week (More hours are always available with trust and reliability)
- Trailer a would be a definite plus
- Able to lift/carry/push/pull minimum of 50 lbs. i.e. drywall, paint pails, small furniture, appliances

I am a Property Maintenance Service Provider here in the Racine area. Work will be in the Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha areas. Hence reliable transportation is needed. When working with/for me you must be presentable, not smelling like weed or alcohol; it WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. There is a one week trial period. If hired it will be as a 1099 status.

Pay is paid by cash weekly. Pay is $15 per hour. After trial period and after 30 days possible increase will be addressed determinant on reliability and performance.
