Property management office in Kenosha looking for a smart, energetic person to handle daily office tasks, including answering phones, typing, letters, scanning, copying, etc. on a full-time basis.
Must:
Have previous office or customer service experience;
Have a working vehicle;
Have the ability to multi-tasking;
Be able to handle multi-line phone system;
Be familiar with Office Products;
Be computer literate and able to type;
Be able to communicate well and have great customer service;
Be super organized;
Be a great team-player;
Three-month project that can develop into a permanent position;
Annual salary $21,000-$25,000
Bi-lingual English and Spanish a huge plus;
