Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working Farm Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in a variety of farm operations, including truck driving, harvesting, planting, as well as maintenance and repairs. This position requires physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to work in all weather conditions to ensure smooth daily operations of the farm.

Key Responsibilities:
Truck Driving: Operate farm vehicles to transport goods, supplies, and equipment to and from various locations.
Harvesting: Assist in the collection of crops, ensuring timely and efficient harvesting processes.
Planting: Support in planting crops, following proper techniques to ensure maximum yield.
Repairs & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repair on farm equipment, machinery, and infrastructure to ensure optimal function.
General Farm Labor: Assist with general labor duties as needed, including weeding, irrigation, and fence repairs.

Qualifications
Previous experience in farm labor or agriculture is preferred.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate a truck and farm machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance and repairs.
Basic understanding of farming operations is a plus.
A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
