Join our team as a Maintenance Technician II and play a key role in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly! You’ll be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and ensuring machinery reliability in a fast-paced environment. This role requires mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills to maintain and improve production systems.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Troubleshoot and repair motors, conveyor systems, and production machinery
✔ Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently
✔ Diagnose and test electrical systems using tools like voltmeters & ohmmeters
✔ Install, examine, and repair wiring, receptacles, and lighting
✔ Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance tasks
✔ Mentor and train junior technicians
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing preferred)
✅ High school diploma or equivalent (Technical degree preferred)
✅ Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
✅ Ability to read technical drawings, schematics & manuals
✅ Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and CMMS
✅ Familiarity with shop tools (drill press, band saw, power tools)
✅ Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
