On-site handyman responsible for general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, light electrical, and property upkeep. Two 1920's era buildings on Main Street in downtown Racine. One 51 unit building and one 34 unit building, 85 units total. Must be able to repair/replace faucets, toilets, unclog drains, change light fixture, replace door locks, light painting, and diagnose larger repair matters.
Prefer that person live on site in one of the two buildings. Reduced rent in a newly remodeled apartment unit and monthly fee paid by owner in exchange for work. Both buildings have mature tenants.
