Wine Knot in Kenosha, WI is looking for one cook to join our 16 person strong team. We are located on 5611 6th Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. This is a line cook position. We try to rotate a Friday or Saturday off every other week. The day starts 1pm and ends at 8:30 Monday-Thursday. 1pm-9:30pm Friday and Saturday.

Responsibilities

Set up workstations
Cook dishes to business standards
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift


Qualifications

Proven working experience as a cook
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
