S&R Remodeling is a busy full-service remodeling company seeking a highly skilled carpenter to join our team! We work primarily on residential homes but also do select commercial projects.

The ideal candidate must have general remodeling skills, and experience with trim, window and door construction, and framing walls and structures. Must also have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, along with valid certifications/licensing as required.
The successful applicant will be primarily responsible for completing various renovation projects to a high standard and accuracy. This will involve cutting and installation of custom cabinetry, window, door framing, wall framing, and finish carpentry.
We are searching for a hard-working team player with the following abilities:
-Lead Carpenter with finish skill set
-Install cabinets with crown moldings
-Trim out houses with standard and custom moldings
-Additions/Remodels including framing walls and roofs
-Finish carpentry in other areas besides trim
-Install doors & windows including siding removal and install

*Compensation is based on experience.*
Additional duties will include:
• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Maintaining a safe and clean work area
• Ability to train other staff if appropriate
• Ensuring that tools and equipment are in good working condition
• Keeping accurate logs and records
• Making sure that all project deadlines are met
Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid certifications/licensing as required
• At least 5 years of carpentry experience
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from job sites is required
• Ability to complete multiple tasks, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to carry out basic physical activities, such as lifting and carrying heavy objects, climbing ladders, bending, kneeling, and crouching
• Must own a basic set of hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
