Job Description:
Assembley - SECOND SHIFT with a pay range of $14.00 - $15.00 per hour depending on skill and experience level
Must be able to lift 50lbs max (25 lbs on a regular basis)
Must be able to be on feet for 10 hours per day
Previous assembly experience of valves and/or assembly guns a plus, but not required
Problem solving and attention to detail a must
Assemblers use naphtha to rinse parts on occasion (may come in contact with coolant and industrial wash water)
Computer and basic math skills required
Duties Include:
Assembly of threaded studs, Heli Coils, freeze plugs, seals, and O-Rings
Pressure testing including mechanical dunk test in water and automated test stands
Washing parts in a pass through washer, power washing in a cabinet using a wand and naphtha rinsing and blowing off
Must follow all safety rules and procedures
