Aqua Chill is looking for someone who is motivated to assist with resolving any customer concerns or issues, with the goal of maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Someone who can multi-task when given different projects like phones, data entry, and filing.
We believe to be successful as a service administrator, you should have strong organizational skills, good attention to detail, and have some experience in a customer service department.

Answering Service Calls
Create Service Tickets
Emailing
Data Entry
Filing

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent certification, such as a GED, is required.
Experience using a computer.
