We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a **Pre-Apprentice HVAC Technician**. This is a great opportunity for those interested in pursuing a career in HVAC, with hands-on experience and potential for career advancement!
**Job Requirements:**
- 18+ years old
- 1 year of driving experience required (must have a clean driving record)
- Insured work vehicle will be provided
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and company procedures
**Job Duties:**
- Drive our HVAC technicians to and from job locations
- Transport/pickup equipment and materials to job sites
- Assist senior technicians with carrying tools and materials
- Help with general organization and cleaning of equipment and tools
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
**OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY FOR CAREER ADVANCEMENT After 3-Month Probation Period:**
- Based on work performance, you will be enrolled in our **Partner Team Program** at the **HVAC Team Academy**.
- The **HVAC Team Academy** is a comprehensive, FREE training program where you will learn advanced skills in HVAC maintenance, repair, and replacement.
