M. Jolma, Inc. is a family-owned company that specializes in grading, excavation, road reconstruction, and culvert and bridge installation.

Desired applicants must be able to operate a variety of equipment (excavator, skidsteer, dozer).
Operator may be required to act as laborer when necessary. ($18-25/Hr DOE)

Positions are full time seasonal, typically running through April to November, weather permitting. Some overtime and/or Saturdays may be required.

Position requirements include:
- Positive attitude
-Equipment operating experience
- Ability to work well with others and reasonably work through issues
- Be able to oversee and take responsibility of a project
- Assist in training and offer improvement ideas
- Perform daily maintenance of equipment

Major Bonuses:
- CDL
- Clean / insurable driving record
- Mechanical experience
- Certificates of previous training (First Aid, OSHA, rigging card, confined space, etc.)

Pre-employment drug tests and driver’s background check are mandatory prior to hire.
