I have an old roof that needs some repair.
I have a soft spot where water is starting to get in.
So you will have to remove some shingles, remove the bad plywood. Install new plywood, sheathing, and shingles in that area.
Also need a cap installed on my chimney, and new flashing around the base of it.
I know that the whole roof needs new shingles but I just don’t have the money for it right now.
I will have you buy the necessary materials and I will reimburse you or I can go with you to buy the stuff, I just have nothing to transport the stuff to my house.
I will pay $30/hour cash. Must have previous experience with this type of work.
I do plan on getting the roof done in spring but need this done asap before the snow flys or we get more rain.
