Company located in Walworth county. Looking for experienced Handyman Subcontractor/helper for residential projects. Must have at least minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in the remodeling field. Someone who would be OK with big or smaller projects. Must be able to driving up to 45 min. Rate of pay based on skill level. Will conduct background check.

Subcontractor Requirements:
+ Must have proper insurance and licensing
+ Valid Driver’s License
+Ownership of reliable truck/van
+Must have all tools necessary for any job
+ Dependable on time, Ability to take initiative, resolve any issues
+Attention to detail on all tasks performed
+Excellent communication skills
+Any changes or additional work must be presented to me first.
+Drug/alcohol free work place

The ideal individual has experience in the following:
+Tile installation-showers, backsplash (Ceramic, Porcelain, Stone)
+Floor installation (Tile, plank, vinyl)
+ Finish carpentry skills
+ Painting experience
+ Basic plumbing
+ Basic electrical
+ Drywall hanging, finishing
+Door/window installation
