Skilled apartment maintenance position.
Maintain apartments and grounds of multiple building apartment locations.
Person shall have at least 2 years experience and be skilled with plumbing, electrical, be a very good painter and overall skilled in working with drywall, woodwork, carpeting and basic carpentry/construction. Individual must have their own tools and transportation to use between 2 properties that are 5 miles apart, i.e. 11 minutes of driving.
Bending, lifting, climbing on ladders is a part of the job. Person will also be responsible for lawn care and maintenance during the Spring/Summer/Fall months and snow removal, shoveling, salting during the Winter months.
This is a part time position of 20 hours per week that can lead to a full time position of 40 hours per week.
At least two years experience required. $18.00 to $25.00 an hour, based on experience.
Applicants and employees will have random drug and alcohol testing.
