We are looking for a cooking professional whom has short order cooking experience and the ability to read recipes. Must understand food safety and sanitation. This position will start as part time with the potential for full time. The expectation of this position is to take charge of the daily operations in the kitchen when the owner is not present and assist with cooking and prep when the chef/owner is present. This individual may also help tend the garden on property and regularly use the homegrown produce to prepare in the kitchen.
At least 1 year of short order cooking preferred.
Servsafe certification would be beneficial
