70 unit apartment complex looking for a Handy man/caretaker to live on site.

Duties include:
- maintaining the grounds
- showing apartments to prospective tenant
- getting units ready for occuрancy
- getting units ready after move outs
- Snow removal along sidewalks
- Some paper work require

*Must have maintenance experience and be a people person. Friendly attitude a must*
